Why a process at all?

Good ideas are common; useful products are rare. The difference is usually discipline: understanding a problem before solving it, testing assumptions early, and letting real people shape what gets built.

Our process keeps each idea honest. A concept only moves forward when the stage before it has earned that step, so we spend our effort on the problems that matter and the solutions that work.
